How
long will it take to receive my
pocket bike or gas scooter order?
It takes 3 to 5 business days
by the Shipping Carrier (Example
- Fedex, DHL, Freight Truck) for
delivery. Once it leaves our hands
it is up to the shipping company
to do their job. Once you receive
your tracking # from us contact
the shipping company directly
for updates.
Do
you ship outside of the United
States?
We
do ship to Hawaii. There is an
extra fee for shipping to Hawaii.
Any where else Outside the United
States we Do Not ship to. Anyone
living in Hawaii email
us sales@scootercrew.com
for a shipping quote. Please make
sure you put your zip code in
the email.
How
can I track my order?
Providing
you gave us a valid email address
when you placed your order we
will email you the FedEx, DHL,
Freight Truck, etc Tracking #
as soon as it becomes available
to us. With this Tracking # you
may visit the couriers website
for example www.fedex.com, ww.DHL.com
to track your package. Any questions
regarding shipments call the carrier
directly.
What
happens if my order is damaged
in transit?
You
need to immediately call the shipping
company and open a damage claim
with them. Do not get off of the
phone till they have opened the
claim in their computer system.
Then email
us with you full contact
information letting us know of
the situation. Blemishes and scratches
that occur in transit do not count
as damage. Minor scratches or
blemishes caused from shipping
and handling are not considered
replaceable damage, as they do
not affect the functionality of
the pocketbike, gas scooter or
item you have purchased. We make
every effort to provide Styrofoam
padding, bubble wrap and packing
materials to make sure you receive
products free from any damage.
We Scootercrew.com however cannot
control how FedEx, UPS, DHL, (Shipping
Carriers) employees handle your
packages. If there is a problem
with the handling of your package
by the shipping carrier please
contact them immediately. Due
make sure you email
us with you full contact
information and let us know of
the situation.
Does
Scootercrew.com accept returns?
All
Sales are Final There are No Exceptions!
All Sales are Final There are

are brand new in the original
factory sealed boxes. If you have
a warranty issue please contact
us as soon as possible
by email with your full contact
info and issue. If you are past
your warranty and need to purchase
parts, please go to
our parts
section. Any and All
disputed charges will be assessed
a $100.00 service fee per item.
