that you have fully entered into and are bound to all ScooterCrew.com policies
and all of its terms and conditions as well.
Moped Scooters, Street Legal Scooters, Street Bikes, 3 Wheel Mopeds, and
Motorcycles - Some models require minor
assembly and all models require prep
work. This minor assembly and minor prep work is required before using your
new transportation. Go to our *Scooter

Any one is capable of doing the prep
work! When we say anyone we mean anyone. We have walked single mothers
that did not even know what a phillips head screw driver was through the process.

All moped scooters, street legal scooters, street bikes, 3 wheel mopeds, and
motorcycles from ScooterCrew.com come with a 3 month, 6 month or 1 year parts
warranty. The parts warranty will be honored providing that all proper
prep work has been completed correctly. ScooterCrew.com products must be
maintained properly as our *Scooter
Tech Support Page* directs, or the parts warranty is immediately void, No
exceptions. The parts warranty covers the motor, all major components, carburetor
and the frame under normal intended use.
This warranty covers manufacturer defects only! The warranty does not
cover Operator Abuse or Shipping Damage, No exceptions. Meaning the street legal
product is guaranteed for 3 month, 6 month or 1 year. After the warranty period
is over you have to pay for any parts that are needed. If you receive a scooter
that has a problem right out of the box we will send you parts that are needed
to make sure your item is brand new and works perfectly. This is not normal
but it can happen. We will also completely walk you through any situation if
needed. If you can talk on a phone we will make sure your item works properly.
Any situations that have not been stated in this warranty are not covered.
Damage due to misuse or abuse are not covered! All products that ScooterCrew.com
or its affiliates sells are the full responsibility of the purchaser. Where
ever they use their items such as on the street or on private property. All
items are to be used with D.O.T. approved Helmets and full body safety gear.

responsible at all if personal injury, property damage, or any other personal,
monetary, mental, or other damages occur as a result from use of the products
we sell, NO Exceptions.

Shipping Policy
Many of the items on Scootercrew.com have Free Shipping. The product will be
clearly marked as to what the shipping cost is.
In stock products ship with in 24 hours, but usually ship the same day they
are ordered.
We do accept pre orders for out of stock products and ship pre order products
as soon as the product comes back in stock.
Products ship by either ground or freight truck service and take 3 to 5 business
days to reach you.
We email the tracking information to you as soon as we have it.

Note - Purchasing a product through ScooterCrew.com you are now a ScooterCrew.com
customer and as the customer you agree 100% that your sale is final and there
are no returns of any ScooterCrew.com items for any reason. You also agree that
entering into this agreement is the final legaling binding decision All sales
are final - no returns and no refunds for any reason any time. If you purchase
an item from ScooterCrew.com that has a gas motor. As soon as gas is put into
the item it is no refunds and no returns reguardless of the situation. As soon
as any electric item from ScooterCrew.com is charged there are no refunds and
no returns. Any item that is ordered from ScooterCrew.com is a final sale with
no refunds and no returns. If you order/receive parts for your item under your
parts warranty your sale is final there is no return and no refund for any reason.
Purchasing a product from ScooterCrew.com you agree to all of our policies and
you agree that our policies take presidence and are the final legaly binding
decision and over ride any and all other agreements, contracts, as well as any
and all payment card regulations.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If the item

we will assess your product have parts sent to you as needed.

and parts only warranties. All sales are final for every customer.
If necessary we will send you parts to make sure your product is working. There

Delivery Information
Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item. Most of our items have free shipping. We do have the option of shipping insurance. We Highly recommend this shipping insurance. It is a small price to pay for piece of mind.
Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
