Cruzin Cooler combines two basic necessities of life, the ability to have cold food or a beverage handy along with the means to get somewhere, without walking.
The Cruzin Cooler is light-weight, comes in various sizes and colors and is available
in electric models, with up to a 10 mile range on electric models.
The cooler is light and small enough to fit in most trunks. The cooler can
be used for hunting, sporting events, races, camping, golf or even a trip to
the grocery store to keep your food cold all the way home. Marine use will be
popular for the new cooler allowing you to take your fish/drinks/food/ ice to
and from your boat with powered assistance and braking. Simply ride or power
your way up and down ramps.
WOW! The new 1000 watt Cruzin Cooler breaks all boundaries for power to weight
ratios, size to power ratio and just pure power in watts for a normal scooter.
The polystyrene body with steel inner frame makes this Cruzin Cooler in a league
of it's own. Never before has something so powerful been this small and compact.
With the new lift out battery the weight can be cut in half as it is loaded and
unloaded and additional or backup batteries can keep your cooler running all day.
More power? More power for bigger people, higher towing capacity, longer range
and they can go up steeper grades with bigger loads. This is unprecedented power
for such a small vehicle, but many people just wanted or needed more power.
What else is different besides more power? The 1000 is the first model ever
designed which can use both a drop in both lead-acid and Ni-Zn Battery, which
allows the extra power and the run time most people wanted. This is the most
significant change and accounts for most of the cost of these units, besides
the motor.
What is the difference in the motor? The motor is an air cooled 48V, 1000 watt,
4 brush motor. This gives the motor all of the torque, speed and longevity you
would ever need.
What about speed? The speed might be slightly faster than your 300-750 watt
units but the change is not significant, maybe 2-3 miles per hour faster. There
are gear and chain options that are available for this model.
What about drive time? With the standard battery it is estimated that you can
cruise around for up to 10 hours, depending on your weight, grade, towing and
the terrain. The other battery options, say one 16ah battery and a 16ah backup
should be able to run you around for up to 12 hours or more, again depending
on other factors.
Can I get a different color than black? There are few choices but you can buy
another 51 series body, new or used, and change it out your self or you can
pay our service department to switch your body for 9.00, depending on available
colors.
How about golf? Yes these models can now run a full 18 holes with the optional
golf caddy shown below, depending on the specific golf course and respective
terrain.
