All Scootercrew scooters have a 30-day parts warranty, providing that all proper prep work has been completed. Our *Help Page* has all the necessary information on properly prepping your Scooter or PocketBike. Reading and following the *Help Page* is simple and mandatory! Gas powered racing scooters and rocket pocketbikes must be maintained properly as our *Help Page* directs, or the 30-day warranty is immediately voided. No exceptions.
The 30-day warranty covers the motor, all of its major metal components, carburetor and the frame under normal intended use. This warranty covers manufacturer defects only! The warranty does not cover Operator Abuse or Shipping Damage. No exceptions. Meaning the gas scooter or rocket pocketbike is guaranteed to work for 30 days. After that you have to pay for any repairs or parts that are needed. If you receive a scooter that has a problem right out of the box we will send you parts that are needed to fix the scooter/pocketbike. This is not normal but it can happen. If you leave negative feedback for Scootercrew.com on ebay this warranty is immediately void till a mutual feedback withdrawl has been completed and the negative feedback that you left is taken away. Any situations that have not been stated in this warranty are not covered. Damage due to misuse or abuse are not covered! Scootercrew is not responsible in any way if personal injury, property damage, or any other damages occur as a result from use of the products we sell.
